Description
The development plan Rahlstedt 91 for the area of application south of Rahlstedter Straße/Brockdorffstraße to Schöneberger Straße between Wilmersdorfer Straße/Ellerneck and Liliencronstraße (District of Wandsbek, district 526) is established. The area shall be limited as follows:
Rahlstedter Straße-Brockdorffstraße-Liliencronstraße-Poggfreedweg-East borders of parcels 1259, 1257 to 1253, 5387, 5388 and 1251 to 1247, east and south border of parcel 1246, via parcel 1245, eastern boundary of parcel 2927 of the area Alt-Rahlstedt-Schöneberger Straße-West and northern boundary of parcel 1351, northern boundaries of parcels 1352,4928, 1354, 1355, 2698 and 4512 of the area Alt-Rahlstedt-Reinickendorfer Straße-Friedrichshainstraße-over the parcel 4288, west borders of parcels 1372 to 1374, 1376, 1377, 1379, 1381 to 1383 and 1386, southern boundaries of parcels 1388 to 1390, 5206, 5207, 5794, 5793 and 1393 of the Alt-Rahlstedt-Pogwischrund-South border of the parcels 1394 to 1401 and 3492 of the Alt-Rahlstedt-Wilmersdorfer Straße-Ellerneck area.
