Regional Spatial Planning Programme 2013 Landkreis Stade
Description
The district of Stade is in accordance with ยง 20 of the Nieders. Regional Planning Act (NROG) promoters of regional planning for its territory. It carries out this task as a matter for its own sphere of activity (Section 20(1) of the NGOG). The Regional Spatial Planning Programme of the rural district of Stade was developed from the Regional Spatial Planning Programme of Lower Saxony (LROP) 2008 including amendment 2012 and defines the desired spatial and structural development of the planning area in more detail (development requirement). The current version of the RROP 2013 Landkreis Stade became legally binding on 08.01.2015 by means of a notice.
