Road accidents - Year 2014
Description
The dataset contains data for the calculation of different accident indices on Italian roads divided by province. Inside there are the absolute values of the vehicles circulating, the number of accidents, deaths and injuries. Data on the resident and foreign population as at 1 January 2015 and an estimate by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport (MIT) on the total number of kilometres of regional, provincial and national roads are used. The data are extracted from MIT statistical material and published online http://www.mit.gov.it/mit/site.php?p=cm&o=vd&id=4222.
