Areas unavailable for land disposition at this time. This tool is used to enable the orderly development of land in areas of intense spot land application interest by allowing for a Land Development Plan to be undertaken. It may also be used to protect a specific area of land in the process of being transferred to another government (eg. City of Whitehorse).
