Soil height map, basic map for the Zoute Ecotopen Wadden Sea 2017

An ecotope map has been made of the Wadden Sea using 2017 as a map. This salty ecotope map is built up by merging several layers of information from the intertidal area: soil altitude map (height and depth), geomorphological map, dry fall duration map, flow velocity map, wave map and salt map. The depth-of-height map is a combination of laser altimetry measurements of the desiccated parts and soundings of the deeper waters.
