Development Plan Niendorf 15 1st Amendment Hamburg
Description
In § 2 of the Ordinance on the Niendorf 15 development plan of 5 March 1968 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt, page 24), the following point 4 is added:
"4. Retail establishments are not permitted for the industrial area designated "A" in the attached overview plan; this does not apply to the newly formed parcels 5851, 5954 and 6140 of the Niendorf district. Retail establishments are permitted on parcel 5851 with a floor area of no more than 1200 m2 and on parcels 5954 and 6140 with a floor area of no more than 5000 m2. Extensions and mergers of retail establishments on parcels 5954 and 6140, each of which leads to a floor area of more than 1200 m2, are not permitted. Furthermore, in the area designated by "A", exceptions for arcades and similar undertakings within the meaning of Section 33(i) of the Gewerbeordnung, which serve to install gaming equipment with or without the possibility of profit, are excluded."
