Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Geissberg 1st Amendment (1992)” of the municipality of Simmozheim from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The text of the Geißberg development plan (1975) has been amended. Point 2.2.1-3 has been re-introduced.
