Description
tes a: This feature type provides the number of natural forest reserves divided by size categories as well as the proportion of the area of natural forest reserves in relation to the respective area of the federal state (m2 per km2) in Germany. The data was collected by the forestry research institutes of the federal states and provided by the Information Centre for Biological Diversity (IBV) of the Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food (BLE). Instructions for use: The service provides data for different reporting years (2013, 2016, 2019, 2022). To do this, please add the desired year to the URL with the parameter: "V_YEAR=xxxx", e.g. ".../natural forest reserves?REQUEST=GetFeature&SERVICE=WFS&V_YEAR=2013&...". If you do not specify the reference year or if you specify another year, you will receive the data for the most recent available reference year. This is a freely available download service (Web Feature Service) of the Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food (BLE).
