Priority route route safety rail network
Description
The aim of the spatial planning plan is to protect sections no longer used for rail transport from permanent blocking by other uses or from fragmentation of the land. The aim is to ensure that a simplified authorisation procedure can be applied to rail transport in the event of a renewed demand for this line in the future.
