Description
Digital terrain models (DGMs) are digital, numerical models of terrain heights and shapes of the earth’s surface, reduced to a regular grid. They do not include information about buildings (e.g. bridges) and vegetation. The DGM5 differs from the other DGMs by its height accuracy and its grid width of 5 m. It is regularly updated.
