Description
Panorama Landschap gives a short character sketch of the history of the landscape for the whole of the Netherlands – in 78 regions and a separate article on the large waters – from the perspective of centuries of change. These landscape characteristics contain no appreciation for the landscape heritage, or an exhaustive inventory of all kinds of elements and patterns. They are small biographies, focused on the genesis (becoming history) of the landscape: from prehistory to the present.
