Base Map of Earth Values 2006
Description
The Basismap Geological Values 2006 gives a national overview of areas that have been designated as geologically valuable until 2006. These are landforms, soils, or a typical geology that are characteristic of a larger area. These tell the story of the origin of the Netherlands, often in connection with humans.
A more detailed explanation is available for more than half of the areas, which can be consulted as a PDF file via the map.
