XPlanning data set BPL “External Ökling”
Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding settlements for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Outer Ökling” of the municipality of Wäschenbeuren from XPlanung 5.0. Description: A general residential area is defined as the type of building use. In addition, regulations concerning the height, the number of floors and the number of base areas are laid down in sections.
