Description
Complete set of II. military (Františkova) mapping from 1836 - 1852, which was obtained within the project R&D/640/2/01 - Identification of the historical network of elements of ecological stability of the landscape (resolved in 2001 - 2002). The geodetic basis of the 2nd military mapping was military triangulation, so it is characterized by an increased degree of accuracy compared to the 1st military mapping. The basis was maps of the Stable Cadastre in scale 1 : 2 880, general maps were derived from the results of this mapping (1: 288 000) and special (1: 144,000). The digitization of the map data was carried out in cooperation with CENIA, the Czech Environmental Information Agency and the Laboratory of Geoinformatics of the Faculty of Environment of J.E. Purkyně University.
