Geology Data Act - GeolDG: Detection data - OGC API Features
Description
The Geology Data Act (GeolDG) entered into force on 30 June 2020 and replaces the previously valid Deposits Act. The GeolDG creates basic conditions for geoscientific surveying and regulates the handling of geological data, such as the display of geological surveys, the transmission and backup of collected geological data and the public provision of geological data. The aim of the GeolDG is to be able to identify and assess geohazards and to ensure sustainable handling of the geological subsoil. Further information :Proof data within the meaning of the Geology Data Act are data that classify geological investigations personally, locally, temporally and generally in terms of content. The display data of geological investigations and drillings received by the Rhineland-Palatinate State Office for Geology and Mining are presented, classified according to the purpose of the investigation.
