Description

To INSPIRE theme Production and industrial facilities harmonised data under NACE version 2 (Nomenclature statistique des activités économiques dans la Communauté européenne). Insofar as external security is relevant, the following categories are included in this data layer: NACE V2 categories: B Mining, C Production, D Distribution of Electricity, Gas, Steam, E Water supply systems, sewerage (partly), F construction companies, H Transport routes. External safety concerns the risks to man and the environment in the use, storage and transport of hazardous substances outside the limits of the environmentally harmful activity. The data for these categories comes from the Register for External Security Risks, the statutory register that is included in the legislation in accordance with Regulation 11.8 of the Decree on the Quality of the Environment for the Netherlands.
