Harmonisation of real estate service requests and integration of transactions
Description
The pilot project is implemented by a consortium of Lassila & Tikanoja, ServiceFow and CGI. In this project, the parties see an opportunity to pilot the concept of a general work request transmission platform that could bring efficiency and cost savings to the real estate maintenance industry.
The pilot project is part of a broader package in which the consortium will assemble a Round Table from the real estate industry ecosystem, the theme of which is “Transmission of maintenance requests in the real estate sector as a Service”. The aim of the Round Table is to validate the project’s intentions and results more broadly with other actors. The content of the Round Table is described in more detail in a separate presentation.
