Description
Areas and buildings differ in use and character, but also in their interest for the view and identity of the city. A plan that is good enough in one area may not even come up in the other with the heels over the ditch. The level of well-being is an expression of the degree of effort expected when drawing up a plan with regard to the environment and of the building itself. The desired level of prosperity is indicated for each area. The level of prosperity is in line as much as possible with the spatial quality policy used and the desired developments.
