Description
Pursuant to Section 25(1)(e)(2) of Act No 580/2004, the health insurance company is obliged to publish and update on the internet, on the 20th day of the calendar month, a list of insured persons and insurance payers who:
—have not paid advances on premiums for three months or premiums for three months — arrears resulting from the annual settlement or not paid for health care to the extent laid down by special regulation -the amount of their claim is higher than EUR 10
