Reason for termination and suspension of the licence
Description
The dial lists the reasons for the expiry of the licence and the reasons for the temporary suspension of the licence. The dial is in place to identify individual reasons for the termination or suspension of a licence issued by the Chamber of Registered Healthcare Professionals.
