Spatial data record on the AGW decree in Brandenburg
Description
The decree of the Ministry of the Environment on species protection in permit procedures for wind turbines in the state of Brandenburg (AGW decree) includes implementation requirements for, among other things, the permit procedures carried out by the Brandenburg State Office for the Environment and entered into force on 14 June 2023. It concerns the Federal regulations for the conflict-prone bird species, which entered into force with the amendment to the Federal Nature Conservation Act on 20 July 2022, country-specific requirements for trouble-sensitive bird species and bat protection. The decree provides map attachments (as PDF) for trouble-prone breeding or migratory species. The spatial data sets underlying the map attachments are published here.
