Description

Purpose and brief description The index of the number of people in employment is based on ONSS figures (for employees for whom ONSS is paid) and INASTI figures (INASTI: National Institute for the Social Security of the Self-employed). (Includes the self-employed and assistants who are not liable for ONSS). Population Enterprises affiliated to ONSS or INASTI that practise their economic activity in NACE Rev. sections B to N (Industry, construction, retail trade and services). Frequency Quarterly. Timing publication Results available 2 months after the reference period Definitions Indices of Employees :The index of employees is based on NSSO figures and comprises all employees for whom NOSS is paid. Indices index of the number of persons employed : The index of the number of people in employment is based on ONSS figures (for employees for whom ONSS is paid) and INASTI figures (INASTI: National Institute for the Social Security of the Self-employed).
