synthesis zoning from the analysis of all environmental and technical constraints.
Four levels of issues were
defined at the level of the Limousin region:
— areas not favourable to the installation of wind turbines (very strong constraints);
— favourable but severely constrained areas where the installation of wind turbines is technically and/or regulatoryly possible but where significant challenges or constraints remain;
— favourable areas with moderate constraints corresponding to potential spaces
favouring the reception of wind farms provided that the additional expertise carried out at the stage of the preliminary stages (ZDE, building permits) does not reveal any redhibitory issues;
— areas favourable to the reception of wind farms provided that the additional expertise carried out at the stage of the preliminary stages (ZDE, building permit) does not reveal any constraints and/or easements.
