Data of the Register of Recipients of Budget Subsidies:
1) the tax number;
2) the name or name of the agricultural producer - the recipient of the budget subsidy;
3) individual tax number;
4) the date of submission of the application for entering into the Register of recipients of the budget subsidy;
5) date of acquisition of the status of the recipient of the budget subsidy;
6) date of inclusion in the Register;
7) date of termination of the status of the recipient of budget subsidies;
8) date of expulsion from the Register;
9) date of making a record of activities;
10) the list of types of activities of the agricultural producer, the implementation of which gives the right to receive a budget subsidy
