Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Sportanlage Malterdingen” of the municipality of Malterdingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planned area is located in the Gewann Kreuzfeld in the regional green train. It is bounded east by federal road 3 and west by a dirt road. To the north, the planned area is bounded by the L 113 highway and its bridge ramp.
