Special area Retail cableway

Description

The municipality of Altenahr, which carries out the supply contract for the local population as a basic centre, intends to enable the establishment of a full food range in the area of the former cable car park via planning law. For the area of the former cableway site, the establishment of another special area of ‘large-scale retail’ is necessary, as the planned sales area will cover around 1.500 m².
