Description
The development plan Kirchwerder 20 for the area of the eastern Heinrich-Osterath-Straße (district of Bergedorf, district 607) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Gose-Elbe — Kirchwerder Landweg — south-west and north-west boundary of parcel 5404, south-west border of parcel 1744, via parcels 6674 and 1769, southeast and south-west borders of parcels 6673 and 6672, southwest borders of parcels 397, 6669, 7051, 7054 and 400, via parcels 7053 (Seefelder Schöpfwerksgraben), 4503 and 8642, south-west borders of parcels 8641 and 4844, via parcels 1506, 2478, 6454, 387, 384 and 264, southwest borders of parcels 6282, 90 and 9060, over parcel 9060, southeast and south-west border of parcel 7950, southwest border of parcel 256, southwest and northwest boundary of parcel 6069, northwest boundary of parcel 6278, on parcel 651 (Heinrich-Osterath-Straße), northwest boundary of parcel 6286 of Kirchwerder.
