The development plan Kirchwerder 20 for the area of the eastern Heinrich-Osterath-Straße (district Bergedorf, district 607) is established. The area is delimited as follows: Gose-Elbe - Kirchwerder Landweg - southwest and north-west boundary of parcel 5404, southwest boundary of parcel 1744, via parcels 6674 and 1769, southeast and south-west boundary of parcels 6673 and 6672, southwest boundary of parcels 397, 6669, 7051, 7054 and 400, via parcels 7053 (Seefelder Schöpfwerksgraben), 4503 and 8642, southwest boundary of parcels 8641 and 4844, via parcels 1506, 2478, 6454, 387, 384 and 264, southwest boundary of parcels 6282, 90 and 9060, via parcel 9060, southeast and south-west boundary of parcel 7950, southwest boundary of parcel 256, southwest and north-west boundary of parcel 6069, northwest boundary of parcel 6278, across parcel 651 (Heinster-Straße), North-west boundary of parcel 6286 of the district Kirchwerder.
