Description
The real estate register is kept in electronic form in the Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS). In it, the objects of the object type “ground estimation” form a proof of the yieldability of the soil. For this purpose, legal classifications of areas are determined according to specific criteria. The assignment, classification and demarcation is the responsibility of the Rhineland-Palatinate tax administration (www.lfst-rlp.de). In accordance with Section 14 of the Soil Estimation Act, the soil estimation results must be kept in the real estate cadastre. The WFS RP Soil Estimation contains the areas of the soil estimate, the sample, country samples and comparison pieces as well as the burial holes of the soil estimate with the value types according to the ALKIS Rhineland-Palatinate object type catalogue (ALKIS-OK RP).
