Development Plan 2-029 entered into force on 4.5.1971. Its scope lies in the Brühl district.
A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan.
