Description
Data on wind turbines are collected by the lower administrative authorities in the course of the approval procedure under emissions protection law in Baden-Württemberg.
Wind turbines are turbines subject to approval in accordance with BImSchG (Federal Immission Control Act) in conjunction with 4. BImSchV (Annex pursuant to Article 10 of Directive 2010/75/EU)
1.6 "Plants for the use of wind energy with a total height of more than 50 metres; and"
1.6.1 "20 or more wind turbines"; and
1.6.2 "less than 20 wind turbines"
