OGC-API Features Agriculturally disadvantaged areas in NRW (INSPIRE)
Description
Presentation of agriculturally disadvantaged areas for which the applicant holdings may receive compensatory allowances depending on the strength of the disadvantage (EMC). Municipalities and areas in disadvantaged areas in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013, Articles 31 and 32 and the Directives on the granting of grants for the promotion of agricultural holdings in disadvantaged areas (compensation allowance) i.d.F.v. 1.6.2015. The current database is retrieved annually.
