Dataset - Breakdown by disability group, term, age and sex of the number of persons having a disability determined by a first-time VDEĀVK expert-examination.

Selected information on adults who have undergone a first-time disability expert-examination during the reporting period and a positive decision of the State Medical Commission for the Assessment of Health Condition and Working Ability (VDEĀVK) on a specific disability is in force.
Statistical data is obtained from the welfare information system LabIS.
The disability group of the person and the time period for the disability shall be determined by the VDEĀVK on the starting date of the decision.
A person may have several expert-examinations, disability groups, disability terms and ages during the reference period.
The age of a person shall be determined at the moment of the performance of the expert-examination of the State Environmental Service.
