Decision-making interface of the City of Helsinki

The City of Helsinki's decision-making interface can be used to search for the City of Helsinki's public decision information in a structured format. The agendas and minutes of the City Council, City Board and City Committees, together with their appendices, as well as official decisions, are published as open data. The information is updated once a day.
The City of Helsinki's case management system (Ahjo) stores the information required by the Act on the Openness of Government Activities (621/1999) and required by the authorities in their operations on pending and already resolved cases. All decisions of the institutions and officials are made in Ahjo. Ahjo is used by the persons involved in the preparation and processing of the decisions of all the city's administrative boards, from the registrar to the record keeper.
Things that are recorded in other special registers, such as health care or day care systems, are not recorded in Ahjo.
