Description
Principle in the spatial planning plan, which aims to protect sections no longer used for rail transport against permanent blocking by other uses or from fragmentation of the land. The aim is to ensure that a simplified authorisation procedure can be applied to rail transport in the event of a renewed demand for this line in the future.
