Development Plan Farmsen-Berne 19 1st Amendment Hamburg

Description

The law on the Farmsen-Berne 19 development plan of 3 July 1979 (HmbGVBl. 172), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 505), is amended as follows: 1.The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Farmsen-Berne Development Plan 19" shall be added to the Act. 2.Section 2(1) is replaced by the following: "1. Retail establishments, with the exception of mail-order establishments, are not permitted in the industrial areas. Exceptionally, retail trade in connection with craft and manufacturing businesses, as well as businesses that trade in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally space-consuming articles including accessories or with building materials, tools, gardening equipment or other construction and gardening supplies, are permitted to exhibit or store these articles. Excluded from this are the hatched parcels 3997, 4187, 4567, 4514 and 3864 of the Farmsen district. Storage places are inadmissible. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
