Development plan Farmsen-Berne 19 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Law on the Farmsen-Berne 19 Development Plan of 3 July 1979 (HmbGVBl. P. 172), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 505), is amended as follows:
1.The annex to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Farmsen-Berne 19 development plan is added to the Act.
2.§ 2, point 1 is replaced by the following:
1ST. In commercial areas, retail establishments with the exception of mail-order establishments are prohibited. By way of exception, retail trades in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing industries, as well as businesses dealing with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally surface-use articles, including accessories, or with building materials, tools, garden tools or other construction and garden supplies, are authorised to issue or store these items. Excluded from this are the scraped parcels 3997, 4187, 4567, 4514 and 3864 of the farm area. Storage places are not permitted. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
