Description
By establishing the BP, the planning law requirements for admissibility for the development of a no longer used small garden complex are created, which is located on an inner-local municipal road, which is already built unilaterally with single-family houses. This closes a larger gap between the location of Saathain and “Neusaathain”, as demand for residential land in Saathain could not be met at that time.
