When providing services, the basic rights of citizens must be taken into account and systems must be constructed in such a way that adequate protection against malware is achieved, both technically and administratively, by describing the processes of the service’s security updates.
The importance of information security in the management of the organisation and in ensuring operational capacity and in maintaining uninterrupted and profitable operations has been constantly emphasised in the provision of services.
The general principles of protection against malware and the importance of organising activities as part of management are presented in a concise form. The management of the organisation must ensure that both technical and administrative activities related to the fight against malware have been carried out and that the personnel involved are aware of their obligations.
