Clarification, development and supplemental statutes of the municipality of Reichenhain with the OT Mayflower enclosure
Description
The boundaries for the built-up district Reichenhain with the settlement Maiblumengehege were established with the inclusion of individual outdoor areas. The settlement of Mayflower enclosure is actually “built-up area in the outdoor area”, which was developed as an indoor area via §34 (4) No. 2 BauGB. Within the defined and marked limits, the planning law admissibility of projects is governed by §34 BauGB. Only residential buildings with associated annexes are permitted on the rounding areas included in the interior.
