Soil guide values 1991 (WFS Service)
Description
Soil conductance values are values determined by intersubjective estimation and from purchase cases. Soil conductance values refer to typical conditions in a location and do not take into account the special characteristics or deviations in the value-determining bases of individual plots of land. In built-up areas, soil conductance values were determined with the value that would have resulted for undeveloped land.
The land guide values are intended to serve the orientation of all interested parties in the land market and have no binding effect, unless otherwise specified. They were established for the reference date of 1 February 1991.
