The Register of Independent Experts on the Energy Performance of Buildings has a search function that allows you to find information on independent experts (energy auditors) who are entitled to determine the energy performance of a building or part of it to be operated and to issue a building’s energy performance certificate or to determine the planned energy performance of a building or part thereof to be designed, reconstructed or renovated and to issue a temporary energy performance certificate for the building, as well as to verify heating systems and air-conditioning systems. This function can be used by any interested party. List of independent experts in the field of energy performance of buildings — all independent experts registered in the BIS in the field of energy efficiency of buildings shall be selected. For each entry in the list, the list shall include: 2.1. The number of the certificate; 2.2. The name of the expert; 2.3. Surname of the expert; 2.4. The date of issue of the certificate; 2.5. The current status of the certificate; 2.6. The name of the current responsible certification authority; 2.7. The registration number of the current responsible certification body; 2.8. Areas of competence — list of areas of competence. The titles of the field shall be separated by ‘;’.
