Official Property Register Information System
Description
The real estate register is the official list of land within the meaning of Paragraph 2(2) of the Land Registry Regulations. In the inventory data of the real estate register, parcels, uses and buildings are presented and described throughout the area. In addition, owner data, references to public law regulations, public procedures and official findings and the soil estimation results as well as the location and description of the soil profiles are also stored. The inventory data of the real estate register are kept in digital form using the procedure “Official Property Register Information System (ALKIS)”.
