Comprehensive description of the information on the layers “Soil benchmark property”, “Soil benchmark zone”, “development measure” and “renovation area” The soil benchmark is the average position value of the soil for a majority of land within a defined area (soil benchmark zone), which largely correspond according to their land characteristics, in particular by type and measure of usability, and for which substantially the same general value ratios exist. It is related to the square meter of land area of a plot with the shown land characteristics (ground benchmark property). On 26 February 2015, the evaluation committee in the city of Leipzig decided on the zonal ground benchmarks for the city of Leipzig as of 31.12.2014.
