XPlanung dataset BPL “Gaisrain”
Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Gaisrain” of the municipality of Wäschenbeuren from XPlanung 5.0. Description: A special area is defined as the type of structural use. In addition, regulations regarding the height, the number of floors and the number of base areas are also taken.
