City of Oulu purchase invoices

Description

Purchase invoices for the City of Oulu's basic municipality and unincorporated state enterprises since 2012. The purchase invoices for 2012 are for the old Oulu (before the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities) and from 2013 onwards for the new Oulu.
