Groundwater abstractions 2008 Register groundwater. On December 22, 2009, the Water Act came into force. The following activities have been transferred to the water boards: — industrial withdrawals less than 150,000 m³ per year; — source grinding; — irrigation (agriculture); — groundwater abstractions for remediation.
