WMS service. Toponymic Inventory of Settlements of the Community of Andalusia

WMS Service of the Toponymic Inventory of Settlements of the Community of Andalusia (ITACA) integrated into the Spatial Data Infrastructure of Andalusia (IDEAndalucía) following the guidelines of the Statistical and Cartographic System of Andalusia. WMS map service showing the official nomenclature of settlements (population entities, productive activities, services etc.) of the municipalities of Andalusia. The information represented in these maps is the result of technical and institutional validation by the Plenary of the Town Halls of the toponyms and delimitations of the settlements of the different municipalities that are members of the ITACA project, for use as an official toponymy. This toponymy is integrated and published in the Geographical Nomenclature of Andalusia that will be part of the National Geographic Nomenclature, constituted by the georeferenced names that must be used in the official cartography.
