Description
The Law on the Building Plan Bramfeld 7 of 21 October 1963 (HmbGVBl. P. 191), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 496) is amended as follows:

Added the law.
2.In § 2, the following point 5 is added:
5. In commercial areas, retail establishments with the exception of mail-order establishments are prohibited. By way of exception, retail trades in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing industries, as well as businesses dealing with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and equally surface-use articles, including accessories, or with building materials, tools, garden tools or other construction and garden supplies, are authorised to issue or store these items. Excluded from this is the scraped area of the parcel 2177 of the Bramfeld area. The Building Use Ordinance as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479) is decisive. Point 4 shall remain unaffected in this respect.’
