Properties of the canton: plots
Description
So far, the data set "State Savings Cells" (AGIS.kai_staatsparz) has been kept for the properties of the canton. It is the basis for the new basic geodata set "Properties of the canton: Land" (AGIS.imag_staatsgrst) and was replaced by it. A plot of land is defined as a plot of land as entered in the land register. One plot per parcel is created in SAP RE-FX. Building rights parcels are recorded in the same way as their own parcels. Of the more than 7,400 plots of land owned by the canton, about 40% are water parcels, about 49% are parcels of cantonal roads and about 4% are state forest. The percentages refer to the number of units, not to the area covered. A handful of these properties are located outside the cantonal borders (as of 2015).
